Returning items and refunds

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please email studio@bonniekirkwood.com to receive details of how to make a return, including the address you will need to send the item back to.

Please note returns will be at the customers expense. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging where possible and in a re-saleable condition.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that I refund the purchase price but not delivery costs incurred when receiving the order, or those incurred by you in returning the goods to me.

Please ensure to send all returned items via tracked or recorded delivery as Ie cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during a return. Returned items are sent at the risk of the customer.

In the unusual and unfortunate instance where goods have arrived faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately at studio@bonniekirkwood.com. I regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange for items that have arrived damaged or faulty if more than 14 days has passed from the date the item reached you, so please ensure to check your order as soon as you can.

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email studio@bonniekirkwood.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched when you contact me, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges), as per the terms above.
